How long do sessions go for?
All sessions go for one hour
What if I am not fit?
That’s ok, our aim is to get you fit! Most people are unfit when they start but with regular training you will be leading the pack! We always provide options to make exercises easier or harder depending on your ability, so don’t worry; you will be able to do it.
What if I am very fit?
Varying your exercise routine is very important. If you are ‘gym fit’ you will be challenged with the cardio exercises we do, if you are a runner you will benefit from strength and resistance training. Lots of juicy clients have been training for a while and are very fit so will be able to give you a run for your money!
Why do I need to train if I am already skinny?
Can you do a push up? Can you walk up a flight of stairs without getting puffed? No? Then you need to train! Everyone needs some form of strength or resistance training as well as some cardio vascular exercise. So even if you are lucky enough to be blessed with skinny genes, exercise to make sure your insides look as good as your outsides. Plus lean, toned bodies are hot!
How much does it cost?
Group training costs $20 per person per session for a 10 session pack
Partner training costs $30 per person per session for a 10 session pack
One on one training costs $60 per person per session for a 10 session pack
One off sessions are also available at a slightly higher rate per session, but the most cost effective and most beneficial way to train is to commit to a longer term exercise program.
How do I pay?
When paying for a 10 session pack, direct deposit is the preferred method of payment and is payable before the 2nd session. Speak to your trainer if you would like to make alternate arrangements or if you would prefer to pay week to week.
Do I need to change what I eat?
Diet and exercise go hand in hand, and by ‘diet’ we don’t mean starving yourself for a month then eating everything in sight for the next month. If you are going to commit to an exercise program then now is the perfect time to make adjustments to your eating habits. Juicy trainers can provide diet guidance and meal planning to fit in with your lifestyle.
What do I need to bring to training?
Wear comfortable exercise gear and bring a towel or a yoga mat for floor work plus a drink bottle full of H2O because you will get thirsty!
What if I can’t make a session?
Let your trainer know as soon as you know that you will not be able to make a session. Where possible you will be able to make up for the session you missed at a later date.
What if it’s raining?
Most of the time training will still be on. In most places that we train there is an undercover option. Training will only be cancelled if it’s absolutely pelting down and there is not wet weather option available. Your trainer will touch base via SMS on the day to let you know what’s going on.
How do I know where to meet for group training?
Your trainer will give you directions or send you a map before your first session
There are no training sessions in my area!!
We are always looking for new areas to train in! Contact us to let us know where you would like to train. For one on one and partner sessions trainers can come to you, for group sessions, all we need is 3 people to start a group. So get a few friends together and a juicy trainer will come and train you wherever you like in Sydney!
Are the trainers qualified?
Of course! Juicy trainers are Cert iV qualified personal trainers who gained their qualifications at the Australian Institute of Fitness - First in Fitness Courses & Careers. Juicy trainers are also registered with the national health and fitness industry association Fitness Australia and have complete insurance cover through Marsh Fitness Australia Exercise Professional Insurance.
